Solar Power System House for Disaster Prevention

his unit house with a simple solar system was developed for use as an information center and/or an evacuation site to be used in the event of a disaster. It is a 13 square meter box made of steel and wood and can be transported by a 4-ton truck. It is equipped with a solar panel and storage battery, and electricity can be used without the need for grid power supply or electrical work. There is a water tank and a washroom with a flush toilet. The biggest feature is that it is equipped with GPS and communication functions, and the current location, electricity generation and consumption status can be monitored remotely via the Internet at the centralized control canter. The staff in charge can go and use the house whenever necessary. It includes a series of know-how from the design and manufacturing of the unit house itself, the installation of the power generation and storage equipment, the software program of the monitoring system, the leasing and rental of the house, and the management service.

- Assembly and manufacturing can be done by local contractors (partner companies).
- Most materials would be available locally. (100% of the components of our solar house in Indonesia is procured locally.)
- When assembly is completed, we will inspect and confirm the quality on site. We will provide technical guidance and training for the local staff.
- Maintenance and management can be provided in cooperation with local workers via the Internet.
