UNIDO ITPO Tokyo will organize Tanzania Investment Webinar on 18 May 2023, jointly with JICA and the Embassy of Tanzania in Japan.

Tanzania is well known in Japan as one of the world’s leading tourist destinations. However, its business potential is not yet well known in Japan. 

According to the 2022 census, the population has already surpassed 61.7 million, making it the country with the third highest population growth rate in the world. The country also has advocated for an open economic policy to foreign investment.

During the seminar, the President Office – Investment and the Tanzania Investment Centre (TIC) will present on Tanzania’s foreign investment policy, business environment, and investment opportunities. Additionally, existing Japanese investors will share their business experiences as testimonials.
