"High-Performance Snow/Wind Fence Technology" is a technology that ensures traffic safety from obstacles such as wild winds and blizzards on roads and railways. Specifically, by placing snow/wind fences on the windward side of roads and railroad tracks, snow accumulation on roads and tracks on the leeward side are reduced. At the same time, visibility impairment and strong winds are alleviated, contributing to the increase of safety and smoother traffic. We could realize a more comfortable and prosperous transportation infrastructure as the result. It will stimulate inter-regional exchanges and promote cultural and economic exchanges.
Major Features and Advantages
a. Traffic obstacles from wild winds and blizzards can be alleviated.
b. Improved visibility mitigation area:Compared to standard snow/wind fences, the mitigation area of visibility impairment has been improved by 1.75 times, and the visibility mitigation area is about 7 times length of height of the fence.
c. Effective for wide roads.
d. Selectable material:Steel and wood can be used as materials for prevention boards. Materials that are easy to procure locally can be used. By using materials that are competitively priced, the production cost can be reduced.
e. Effective use of wood: Since wood can be used for prevention boards, it is possible to make effective use of forest resources. In addition, after being used as a fence, the wood part can be used as fuel for biomass power generation.
f. Utilization of Renewable Energy:By combining prevention boards and solar panels, it is possible to generate electricity in addition to the role of fence.
Technology Data
・The materials used for High-Performance Snow/Wind Fences are general civil engineering materials such as H steel, flat steel, thin steel sheets, and wood. We believe that it is easy to secure materials in any countries.
・Surface treatment for rust prevention and antiseptic of components (steel, wood) can be handled by bringing in special paints from Japan. Even if there is no large-scale facility for surface treatment on site, surface treatment can be performed with simple equipment such as simple spray guns, rollers, and brushes.
・Since there is no need for electricity, fuel, or water after the installation of High-Performance Snow/Wind Fences, this technology can respond to power outages, water outages, and logistics stagnation that may occur in developing countries.

Japan:
The total number of installations exceeds 74,000 m.
Overseas:
50-meter length was installed in the Kyrgyz Republic in 2017. In the summer of 2025, we plan to install 60m length in Mongolia. In addition, we are currently building a local manufacturing system in the Republic of Kazakhstan and Mongolia, aiming to supply snow/wind fences domestically and export to neighboring countries in the future.

Export of product
We will produce and export High-Performance Snow/Wind Fences in Japan, and sell products to a construction company (Japanese company or overseas company), and undertake everything from sales to construction through a construction company to direct customers (government, private companies, etc.). Employees will not be stationed at the country, but support such as temporary construction and maintenance training will be provided locally.
Licensing of patent
After concluding a patent license agreement with a local company and transferring the technology, the company will produce and sell the product locally. The patent license agreement is concluded with a sales company that can design and consult on snow/wind fences and a manufacturing company that manufactures snow/wind fences.
