Our week of 50^th anniversary events has successfully concluded with the support of our donors, Member States, partners from the public and private sector.

Our EXPO with 26 stands highlighted UNIDO’s work as well as those of our Member States and partners. The 25 high-level events served to reflect on UNIDO’s rich history, to strengthen our existing partnerships and create new ones, as well as to illustrate the key role of our ISID mandate. During the last week, we welcomed over 1,500 guests from governments, international organizations, private sector partners, academia and the international media from more than 190 countries. 155 speakers and panelists reflected on the broad range of our activities, from our Programme for Country Partnership approach to our work on women and youth entrepreneurship, green energy, job creation and the creative industries, and their contribution to achieving the 2030 Agenda.
