UNIDO ITPO Tokyo, in cooperation with PROCOLOMBIA, will organize
Colombia Investment Seminar on 7 July 2016 in Tokyo.
Colombian Economy has made a steady growth of over 4% since 2010,
with a slowdown to 3.1% in 2015 due to low oil prices, but is one of
the highest among Latin American countries.
The peace and order situation in Colombia has drastically improved in
recent years, and the government has actively been promoting
foreign investments to the country.
In October 2015, the Agreement on Reciprocal Promotion and
Protection of Investments between Colombia and Japan entered
in force. An early conclusion of Economic Partnership Agreement
(EPA) between the two countries is also expected.
The Seminar will present the most updated, attractive business
climate of Colombia, and introduce selected projects on potential
sectors for Japanese companies.
You are cordially invited to attend the seminar.
